02What data we collect
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the assessment request form:
- Contact data: name and email address.
- Professional data: company or project, industry, team size and, optionally, your website or LinkedIn.
- Request data: the problem you want to solve, urgency, how decisions are made in your company and the investment you are considering.
- Technical data: the page you submitted the form from and the language.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) nor request sensitive information.
03Purpose
- To handle your assessment request and get in touch with you.
- To evaluate whether our cybersecurity and artificial intelligence services fit your needs.
- To send you our reply and, where appropriate, a proposal or next steps.
We do not use your data to send unsolicited marketing communications, nor do we share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
04Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (preparing and answering your enquiry). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
05Recipients and processors
To manage requests we use technology providers acting as data processors that comply with data protection regulations:

06How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a business relationship begins, for its duration and any applicable legal periods. If we do not end up working together, we may keep it for a reasonable time in case you get back in touch, unless you request its deletion.
07Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, as well as withdraw your consent.
